Welcome to our magnificent Home on the water. We pride ourselves that we have simply the most excellent river location on Marco Island with sunrises and sunsets that are beyond description. This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom offers two large master suites. The large 40,000 gal pool is facing south with sun all day. Sit on the swim out and watch the boats go by. There is deep water access on the Marco River with a large dock for the fishing enthusiast. Snook light on over 10 years!
You can start your day with a nice breakfast on the upstairs balcony with its majestic panoramic views over the Marco River. Our home has a kitchen that will be a joy for the gourmet in the family. Large pass through window to outside BBQ area makes outdoor grilling a pleasure.
When your evening is winding down, the oversize jacuzzi is a great place to sit watching the birds fly overhead to roost. You will see the dolphins feed and a local sunset dinner cruise boat pass by. Not in the mood for cooking? Top-class restaurants nearby will give you a true Floridian welcome with food to suit the most selective palate We have had the pleasure of many repeat guests over the years. I have been to Florida plenty of times before and stayed in a lot of different vacation homes but nothing so nice as Toms house. I already been back twice and are about to book my next trip now. This time Im going to stay 1 week in his marco house and 1 week at his beachhouse in Melbourne. Im really looking forward to that. Whenever in the future I will visit south Florida I would like to rent Toms Marco house. Threes nothing better. I been putting a lot of researchs behind my searchings for rental houses. Some would say a little too much but I like it perfect on my holidays. For me the pool is very important. It has to be big, have sun and a area for the kids and be warm. Toms pool have all that. The house is very cozy too. Not like a rental house. It really feels like someone lives there and look after the house. Whoever visit Toms house will not be disappointed. I give it 5 *****
I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! for a wonderful week in Marco. Your demeanor and professionalism is unsurpassed. You are such a joy to deal with. My mother bragged and bragged about you all week after meeting you. The house was exactly as represented on line. The house was fabulously clean and well maintained. Your furnishings are amazing. Items that impressed us included the video collection, the selection of music, the pool toys, and the telescope with the star chart. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were amazing. We did not eat one family dinner inside. The sliding windows made entertaining easy and enjoyable. The kitchen- WOW- where do I begin? We packed a huge box of accessories to discover that you supplied what we packed and more. We couldn’t believe the spice drawer! The platters, the cookware, the silverware, etc. just incredible. For boat owners, your dock is a piece of heaven! We found it easy to launch and dock without hassle. The downstairs Master Suite was an answer to in-laws prayers. They had the opportunity to enjoy the grandkids but enough privacy to enjoy themselves. The upstairs Master Suite cannot be described in words. The view and balcony are amazing! The adjustable vibrating bed was a true treat from the normal rental. Between the jacuzzi and the shower I was in love!
