Our two weeks holiday at Ocean Breezes was one of the most relaxing and restful breaks we have ever enjoyed. To have access to such a fantastic beach, just 2 minutes walk from the villa, meant that we could wander to and from the beautiful golden beach at anytime. We certainly recommend watching the sun rise across the ocean while splashing about in the warm sea – with just the crabs and the fish for company. The villa provided everything we needed for a home-from-home, with the added bonus of a tropical paradise for a garden. We spent hours splashing about in the pool and the Jacuzzi, swinging in the hammock slung between two palm trees, and in the evenings, dinner was served in the cabana while we watched the resident frogs hop about. The kitchen and dining room are spacious, and the bedrooms are well fitted and comfortable. Bathrooms are on the small side, but there is the added bonus of an outdoor shower, which certainly adds to the experience ! The Kennedy Space Centre was just a 45minute drive, and was by far our best day out. The Disney Parks are about an hour’s easy drive away, and Melbourne has a host of different restaurants to suit every taste. Tom proved an excellent host, on hand to help, but for the most part, leaving us to enjoy this wonderful, quiet piece of Floridian paradise. I would whole-heartedly recommend a stay.
We arrived back home just in time for another big snow storm expected to begin tonight. Sure wish we were still in Florida. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your 306 Avenue B property. The accommodations in the house, the beautiful pool/spa in the backyard “paradise”, and the proximity to the beautiful beach were all ideal. We would like the opportunity to stay there again next year. We found the property in great condition and I hope you found it to your satisfaction when we left. If there is anything else we could have done, let me know. I noticed the garbage had not been picked up the Saturday morning we left; should I have brought the containers out to the street? Look forward to next year !
We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your home on Avenue B. We have rented many homes in Florida and yours truly surpasses them all! We love the openess and roominess of your house, it is so clean and comfortable. My mother and I loved the new appliances! We were also pleasantly surprised how beautiful the landscaping was. It not only adds to the beauty of your home but privacy as well, which can be hard to come by in a Florida home. Ofcourse, we really enjoyed the new pool and jacuzzi, it looks like paradise out back! If Bob and I had to describe the home we wanted to rent every year, it would describe your home on Ave B. We also want to mention the quiet neighborhood and being just a few yards from the beach was awesome. Thanks for making our second year with you a great memory!!
